This restorative, yet strengthening, class focuses on improving functional movement, joint flexibility, and deep core strength by blending Pilates-inspired abdominal work with dynamic stretching, targeted joint mobility drills, and stability training. Designed to help you feel more limber, move with greater ease, and create a strong, functional core.
