Thanks to their Mywellness cloud, the Technogym App integrates indoor training performed using gym equipment with daily life activities and outdoor training (running or cycling), directly through GPS and smartphone functions. COMMUNITY RUNNING TRAIL
Developed with all ages and abilities in mind, Lake Nona’s community running trails feature three, inside-the-gate courses, allowing you to walk/jog/run the course that’s right for you. Color-coded trail markers will guide you along the 1-mile, 3.5-mile and 5-mile loops that travel through the community.
Running maps are also conveniently available within the Bath & Racquet Club.
