Strength & HIIT (Cole)

If you are interested in a higher level class, this is the class for you.  A combination of strength exercises combined with high intensity interval training exercises designed to burn more calories, build strength, and improve your agility and balance.  Instructor will lead the class in different formats to keep you engaged each week, while also providing an opportunity to modify exercises to meet your fitness goals.
