JANUARY 2018 UPDATE
On behalf of the entire Golf Professional staff, I would like to wish you and your family a very happy New Year filled with good health and prosperity.
The annual PGA Merchandise Show returns to Orlando beginning January 23 and we have several events scheduled at the Club that week; therefore, on Monday and Tuesday (January 22 & 23) there will be an 8:00 a.m. shotgun each day for Member and guest play. Each year, the week of the PGA Merchandise Show is one of the busiest weeks of the year for the golf course, as many of our Members are well connected within the golf industry. Please be advised that during that week, the Club limits the number of guests to three per Member to accommodate as many Members as possible.
The Golf Performance Center has now been open for just over a year and continues to see an increase in activity each month. If you are a new Member or have not yet had a chance to visit, we encourage you swing by and explore what the facility has to offer. Jason Bodey, our Master Club Fitter, would be delighted to introduce you to the state-of-the-art True Spec Golf club fitting program, which allows you the opportunity to demo an array of club brands and be properly fitted for the best product to match your game. Jason’s colleague, Jared Malott is also available to demonstrate the fully-equipped workshop, teaching bays, putting studio, and retail space. The Golf Performance Center is open Wednesdays – Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
We look forward to seeing you on the course in 2018!
