Boat Storage

As our community continues to grow and more families enjoy boating activities in our trio of lakes, our boat storage area has become a very desirable location.  Boat owners are required to apply for an assigned parking spot in the boat storage area and pay an annual fee according to the following guidelines:

  • All boats must be registered with the Waterfront and Watercraft Management Plan.
  • Boats larger than 23 feet and/or jet skis are not permitted in Lake Nona; however, they are able to reserve a storage space.
  • Once registered, a designated parking spot will be assigned.
  • All unregistered boats or boats not parked in their designated spot will be towed at the owner’s expense.
  • Boat storage is limited to 33 designated spots.  A parking spot is not a guarantee.
  • The Association, the Club, and all staff will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. Boats and trailers must be secured and all additional boating items should be removed.
  • The boat storage area is for watercraft storage only.  Trailers, RVs or any other items will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Annual Boat Registration Fee, $25
Annual Boat Storage fee, $600

To register a boat and/or reserve a spot in the boat storage area, please contact Maria Esham at maria.esham@lakenona.com or 407.209.1265.

Watercraft Registration

Watercraft Registration, including a $25 annual Boat Registration Fee, is required prior to usage at Lake Nona. Before you purchase your next watercraft please become familiar with the Rules and Regulations for watercraft usage at Lake Nona. As a reminder, Personal Watercrafts (jet skis) are not permitted unless they were registered with our program before December 31, 2008.
