Join Fitness Trainer Cole Jasper for a youth fitness group class focused on building a strong fitness foundation while boosting confidence and athletic performance. Sessions cover flexibility, strength, coordination, proper form, and gym etiquette, along with fun, fitness-related activities. In addition to developing fitness skills, participants will learn about major muscle groups, how the body moves, and why exercise is so important for overall wellness.
