A Member may also obtain the use of the tennis courts by arriving in person and waiting for the next available court. If a reserved tennis court is not claimed by the reserving party 15 minutes or more after the reserved time, the tennis court shall be deemed free if other Members are waiting for an available court. If a Member cannot keep their reservation, they are asked to cancel their reservation to free the court for another Member. Repeat no-shows will be subject to loss of reservation privileges. Special events, tennis mixers, tournaments, interclub matches, or any Club event will take priority for court time.
